• Easy Exit Guarantee – We guarantee that you will be happy with us as your Realtor. This gives you the right to request another Realtor within our company if we cannot satisfy your needs or if you do not like working with us. If your concern is with our company, then you have the right to cancel your listing agreement or buyer agency agreement for reasonable cause if we or another agent in our company cannot cure the problem to your satisfaction.
  
  
• Progress Report Guarantee – We guarantee to keep you informed. You have a right to be kept informed and to get your questions answered in a timely and professional manner. We will keep you up to date of any relevant progress concerning your sale or purchase as it occurs. And we will return your calls, with answers, no later than the next business day – and often the same day. If we fail to do this, our guarantee entitles you to $50.00 at closing for each delay.
  
  
• Sold On Time Guarantee – We guarantee to sell your home as promised. When we represent your home for sale we will forecast a written time and price which we will be held to, subject to some selling requirements which you as owner control. If we do not perform as guaranteed, we will rebate a pre-determined portion of our professional fee to you as a consolation.
  
  
• Easy Move Guarantee – We guarantee to help you coordinate a smooth move to your new home based on closing and possession dates which are agreeable to you, so that you will only have to move once. Should this not be possible, we will pay for a pre-agreed portion of your moving and/or storage costs as a consolation.
  
  
• Love Your New Home Guarantee – We guarantee that you will love your new home. If you don't love your home after you move in as much as you loved it before you moved in, within 90 days of closing escrow, we will sell it for you without charging our portion of a brokerage fee.
